Can I pull calls from others?

With pull-in groups, you can answer calls that your colleague does not answer.

There are primarily three scenarios referred to as "pull calls": Answering a colleague's ringing phone, taking over a colleague's ongoing call, and answering queue calls outside of the ring pattern. At Flexfone, you only have the opportunity for the first in mention (Danish).
