      Copy call flow from another PBX

      You can copy a call flow from one PBX and use it on another. This involves copying the modules and their configuration. Personal sensitive information will not be copied.

      1. To copy a call flow from one PBX to another, access Visual call flow (Visuelt kaldsflow) via PBXAdmin.
      2. To download an existing call flow, click the Download call flow (Download kaldsflow) button.
      3. To upload an existing call flow, click the Upload call flow (Upload kaldsflow) button.

      When uploading a callflow, remember to press Update system (Opdater system) to finalize.

      Note: All personal sensitive information, such as employee names, emails, passwords, and external numbers, will not be copied when transferring a call flow.
