      General Settings in PBXAdmin

      Manage general settings in PBXAdmin.

      You can find Generelle indstillinger (General Settings) under Indstillinger (Settings) -> Indstillinger (Settings). Here you can change overarching settings in PBX-admin.

      Function Description

      1. Standard udgående linje

      (Default outgoing line)

      		 Determines the phone number that's used by default for outgoing calls. If no number is set, employees with the default profile without an outgoing number won't work.

      2. Registrering af telefonnumre

      (Phone number registration)

      		 If this is not active, phone numbers in PBXAdmin won't work.
      3. Ring med Myfone (Call using Myfone) Choose if it should be possible to initiate and answer calls using Myfone.

      4. Max antal samtidige kald

      (Max concurrent calls)

      		 Choose the maximum number of simultaneous calls that can be made on PBXAdmin. 0 is unlimited.
      5. Ventemusik (Hold music) Choose the default hold music to be used.

      6. BLF-viderestillingsmetode

      (BLF forwarding method)

      		 Sets BLF keys to monitored transfer or direct transfer.

      7. Pause efter opkald på tværs af køer

      (Post-call pause across queues)

      		 This setting ensures the post-call pause in queues also considers calls answered through other queues.

      8. Tillad medarbejdere at skjule køer

      (Allow employees to hide queues)

      		 Toggle on/off whether employees can show/hide queues on myfone.dk.

      9. Tillad at skjule medarbejdere

      (Allow hiding of employee)

      		 Permit hiding of an employee.

      10. Deaktivér lokalnummervisning

      (Disable Local Number Display)

      		 Here you can disable the display of the local number when calling a colleague's local number. Instead, the number chosen in profile management on Myfone to make outgoing calls with will be displayed. Read more here (Danish).

      11. Lås telefoner til registreringsserver

      (Lock phones to registration server)

      		 Lock phones to the registration server - Stops phantom calls to Yealink T4x and T5x in 9 out of 10 cases.

      12. Yealink registreringstid

      (Yealink registration time)

      		 Choose how often Yealink phones send registrations to Flexfone. The default is 3600 seconds. It's beneficial to reduce the registration time if Yealink phones drop registration.
      13. Statusvisning (Status display) Here you can choose the information to display on Myfone.dk in the contact book. The information that can be selected is defined under Employee Info. Read more under departments.
      14. Upload ventemusik (Upload hold music) Here you can upload your own hold music. You can use Mp3 or Wav files up to 4 megabytes. Only 1 audio file per PBX. The filename will be renamed to PBX ID.
