To create a new Flexfone user via your AD, you must first create and add the employee to the AD group that synchronizes with your Flexfone solution.

It's also in your AD that the employee should be assigned the phone numbers they will have. If the numbers are not already available, they must first be ordered or ported from another telecom company. Contact your dealer about this.
