      How do I edit a Flexfone user via Azure AD?

      Edit the employee's fields in your Azure AD.

      You need to modify the user's information in your AD, and then changes will automatically be updated in your Flexfone solution if the user is part of the AD group that is being synchronized.

      Example 

      A user has changed their name. When the name is modified in your AD, it will automatically synchronize, and the user's new name will also be reflected in your Flexfone solution.
