How do I make calls from Teams with the Call2Teams Go license?

When you have telephony in Teams with Call2Teams Go, you make calls in Myfone's built-in app in Teams.

If you are used to using telephony in Teams with Microsoft's Teams Phone license, you will notice a slight change when making outgoing calls:

BEFORE:

If you previously had telephony in Teams with the Phone license from Microsoft, you would be used to using the dialer under 'Calls' when making calls from Teams.

It could also be that you are used to making calls directly from the search bar in the Myfone Teams app, where in the dialog box "Would you like to call this number?" you click the 'Call' button.

NOW:

With Call2Teams Go, you can do the same as with the Phone license, but instead you will only find the calling function directly in the Myfone Teams app. You will therefore make your calls from the search field in the Myfone Teams app and no longer in the Teams dialer.

1. Click on the Myfone app in Teams
2. Enter the phone number you want to call in the search field and make the call
3. A dialog box (Auto Receptionist) will then appear, where you need to click the 'Accept with audio' button to start the call
