Transfer calls in Teams vs Myfone?

You can transfer calls in both the Myfone Teams App and directly in the Teams call screen. However, there is some difference between the two.

Teams:

During a transfer you may search for colleague names. The user must be aware that the call will then be transferred to the colleague’s Teams-user and not the person’s mobile or desk phone. In other words, the transfer in Teams won’t respect the colleagues’ Myfone profile.

Myfone Teams App:

Here the user will get to choose which of the colleague’s numbers the transfer should use. If the transfer is initialised through Myfone, the call will follow the colleague’s profiles.
