      The Flexfone API provides access to a variety of statistical information regarding the telephony solution and the ability to change various settings. You can retrieve information on the following:

      • Employee name
      • Local number
      • Email
      • Phone numbers
      • Telephones
      • Specific employee details
      • Department
      • List of all variable call flows
      • Change status of variable call flows

      Example:

      Company A needs to know how long Employee X talks because Employee X is paid based on how much they talk. With this web service, you can obtain this information and much more.
