Manage Call Statistics Settings via FTP in PBXAdmin.
You will find the Indstillinger for kaldsstatistik (Call Statistics Settings) via FTP under Indstillinger (Settings) -> Indstillinger (Settings).
| Function | Description |
| 1. FTP vært (FTP Host) | The entire FTP address is written here e.g. ftp://domain.dk or ftp.servername.dk |
| 2. FTP Port | FTP port, as a default, it will always be port 21. |
| 3. Brugernavn (Username) | FTP username. |
| 4. Adgangskode (Password) | FTP password. |
| 5. Sti på FTP vært (Path on FTP Host) | Path to the remote folder. |
| 6. Test FTP forbindelse (Test FTP connection) | Tests if there is a connection to the FTP server. |

7. Mailadresse til kopi af statistik (Call Statistics on Email) |
Enter the email address where you would like to receive a copy of the statistics. |
| 8. Send køstatistik (Send Queue Statistics) | On/Off determines if queue statistics are sent. |

9. Send medarbejderstatistik (Send Employee Statistics) |
On/Off determines if employee statistics are sent. |

10. Send hovednummerstatistik (Send main number statistics) |
On/Off determines if main number statistics are sent. |
