You can send an email or SMS to everyone in a department directly from the Myfone app. You can find this feature by clicking on the three dots next to the department's name.
Departmental SMS limitation on Android
On Android phones, it is not possible to send to more than 20 mobile numbers per department at a time. This is a limitation in the Android operating system. This means that in departments where there are more than 20 employees with one mobile number, only the first 20 will receive a departmental SMS. If an employee has 2 mobile numbers, each mobile number will receive an SMS.
Note: SMS messages sent from the Myfone app are part of the user's mobile subscription and not part of WebSMS, which is on Myfone.dk. Therefore, be aware of our fair use limit of 3000 SMS messages per month per mobile subscription, after which the price is 0.25 DKK per SMS.
