How are different types of calls defined?

To give the most detailed data, the calls are divided into various types - you can se the different types and there definition below:

Type of call Definition
Outgoing calls Call initiated by a number belonging to the company.
Incoming calls Call going to a number belonging to the company.
External calls Call to/from a number not belonging to the company. 
Internal calls Call between numbers belonging to the company.
Outgoing external calls Call from a number belonging to the company and going to a number outside the company.
Incoming external calls Call from a number outside the company and going to a number belonging to the company.
Outgoing internal calls Call from a number belonging to the company and received by a number belonging to the company. 
Incoming internal calls Call received by a number belonging to the company and initiated by a number belonging to the company. 
Answered calls Call that has been answered.
Unanswered calls Call that hasn't been answered. 
Queue calls Incoming call to a queue (includes call back).
   
Answered queue calls Queue calls that has been answered. 
Transferred queue calls Queue call that has been answered and then transferred to another number.
   
Myfone Call handled through Myfone.
Softphone Call handled through a Sip account. 
Desk phone Call handled through a desk phone.
