How do I decommission a Flexfone user via Azure AD?
Remove the employee from the AD group that syncs with your Flexfone solution.
To decommission a Flexfone user via your AD, you must remove the respective employee from the AD group that synchronizes with your Flexfone solution.
The user will only be decommissioned 72 hours later, giving you a chance to reconsider. If you wish to reverse the decision, simply add the employee back to the AD group.
The numbers that were associated with the decommissioned employee will not be terminated. Instead, they will remain in the company's telephony solution without being linked to any user. You can keep the numbers for future use, link them to another employee, or terminate or port them to another telecom company.
