How do I make calls from Teams with Teams telephony?

When you have telephony in Teams you make calls through the native dialer

You will be using the dialer under 'Calls' when making calls from Teams.

It could also be that you are used to making calls directly from the search bar in the Myfone Teams app, where in the dialog box "Would you like to call this number?" you click the 'Call' button.
