What Microsoft licenses do I need to use telephony in Teams?

To use telephony in Teams, you must have a Microsoft license with Teams + the add-on license Microsoft Teams Phone Standard.

To use telephony in Microsoft Teams, you must have a Microsoft license where Teams is included. In addition, each user must have the Microsoft Teams Phone Standard license - i.e., without a call plan. The English version of the license is called Microsoft Teams Phone Standard.

If you also want to be able to set up conference calls in Teams, which external phone numbers can call into, you also need the Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing license.
