There are discrepancies in the display of your telephony status.
If you are already using Busylight with other clients, e.g., Zoom, Jabra or something entirely different, it can cause discrepancies in the display of your telephony status. To ensure that Busylight works correctly with Flexfone's solution, you should therefore choose to use only our Busylight app.
