What's the difference between forwarding and transferring?

Forwarding occurs before the call rings on your phone. A transfer is something the recipient actively does with the call.

Forwarding: A redirection of the call before you receive it.

At Flexfone, each employee can set up forwarding on their phones using call profiles (Danish).

The forwarding will, under the circumstances that the profile describes, send the call further to either a colleague, a queue, or an external number depending on what you wish.

Transferring: An ongoing call that you actively send to another phone.

This is done directly on your device whether it's a desk phone, mobile phone, or softphone. Use either star codes or the built-in functions on Myfone.dk (Danish) and in the Myfone App (Danish).
