Why can't I send MMS?
Typically, the reason is either incorrect MMS setup on the phone or depleted data volume.
Even though MMS is part of unlimited SMS, it requires mobile data to send MMS. Therefore, you can't send MMS if your data volume is depleted. In this case, you need to upgrade the data volume in your subscription.
If the above is not the cause, you need to ensure that the MMS setup on your phone is correct according to TDC's settings, which you can find a guide to here (danish). Since we use TDC's mobile network, it's important that the settings are as described.
