How do I allow my browser to open multiple web lookups automatically?

If you want automatic web lookups to be made in more than one system when you answer an incoming call, you must change the settings for your browser. See how below.

By default, your browser is not allowed to open more than one new window automatically at the same time. This means that you need to change your browser settings, if you want more than one automatic web lookup when you answer a call.

chrome-2023 Chrome

  1. Go to settings in Chrome
  2. Go to Privacy and security / Site settings / Content / Pop-ups and redirects
  3. In the section Default behaviour / Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects, add Myfone.dk

edge-2023 Edge

  1. Go to settings in Edge
  2. Go to Cookies and Site Permissions / Pop-ups and redirects
  3. Enter Myfone.dk into the Address of website to allow field.

firefox-2023 Firefox

  1. Go to settings in Firefox
  2. Go to Privacy and security
  3. In the Permissions section click the Block pop-up window and then the Exceptions button, and enter Myfone.dk to allow multiple pop-ups.
  4. Click Save Changes

Tip: If you activate several web lookups in Myfone.dk without first changing the settings in the browser, this icon warning-vindue appears in the address bar of Myfone.dk, when you use Chrome and Edge, and this icon warning-i appears below the address bar when you use Firefox. If you press the icon, you can allow Myfone.dk to open several new windows with a single click.

Note: Regardless of the method you use to allow Myfone to open multiple windows, it only applies to Myfone.dk. Other websites will therefore still be limited to open only one new window.
