How to automatically switch profile with Exchange

Using Exchange to automatically switch profile ensures that your profiles switch automatically based on events in your Outlook calendar.

To make Myfone automatically switch between your different profiles, you need to give Myfone access to your Exchange. It is a good idea to have named and cleaned up your categories in Exchange before starting the setup. Afterwards your categories must be matched with your Myfone profiles.

When your Exchange categories are matched with your Myfone profiles, Myfone will automatically switch between the different profiles based on the current event in your Outlook calendar. 

When you don't have an event in your Outlook calendar, your profiles will follow your fixed calendar in Myfone.
