Set up and manage Call Pickup Groups in PBXAdmin.
With Call Pickup Groups, you can create groups where those who are signed up can pick up calls from each other. For example, if you receive a direct call but are not at your desk, your colleague, who is signed up for the pickup group, can press 88* on their phone and pull your call.
- Under Indtrækningsgrupper (Call Pickup Groups), you can view all call pickup groups.

| 2. Navn (Name) | Here you can see the name of the pickup group. |
| 3. Beskrivelse (Description) | Here you can see the description of the pickup group, e.g., who is signed up. |
| 4. Antal tilmeldte (Amount assigned) | This shows how many are currently signed up for the group. |

5. Tilføj indtrækningsgruppe (Add pickup group) |
Here you can add a new voicemail that you can use in a call flow. |

You can set how call pickup groups should work by clicking on a pickup group in the overview.

| 2. Beskrivelse (Description) | Here you can write the description of the pickup group, e.g., who is signed up. |
| 3. Tilføj (Add) | Select employees in the left column and press the arrow to the right. |
The 88* function is used to pull a call from the group(s) you are signed up to. The function can be used both from mobile and desk phone.
