Set up and manage call recording in PBXAdmin.
The Optagelse af samtaler (Call Recording) module allows the customer to give consent to record the conversation.
- Under Optagelse af samtaler (Call Recording), you have the ability to view all call recordings that have been created.

| 2. Lokalnummer (Local number) | Here you can view the module's local number. |
| 3. Navn (Name) | Here you can view the module's name. |
| 4. Beskrivelse (Description) | Here you can view a description of the module. |
| 5. Gå til (Go to) | Here you can see the local number of the subsequent module in the call flow. |
| 6. Tilføj optagelse af samtaler (Add call recording) |
Here you can add a new Call Recording module that you can use in a call flow. |
Editing Call Recording
You can configure how Call Recording should function by clicking on one in the overview.
| Function | Description |
| 1. Navn (Name) | Here the module is named. |
| 2. Beskrivelse (Description) | Here the module is described. |
| 3. Modtag tastetryk (Recieve keystrokes) | Activate keystrokes by checking this box. |
| 4. Gå til lokalnummer (Go to local number) | Here you choose where the module should go to. |
When using call recording, it is important that the message informs the person on the line about the options they have. We therefore recommend a message with wording like this:
"The call is being recorded and stored for the purpose of documenting what has happened and been said during the call, including any agreements made. Additionally, we want to use the recording to train our staff. Press 1 if we may use the call for this purpose or press 2 if you do not wish this. You can withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will no longer use the call for training purposes."
