If you have one of the mobile packages Unlimited Talk 20 GB, Unlimited Talk 75 GB, Unlimited Talk 150 GB, and Unlimited Talk 250 GB
In the mobile packages Unlimited Talk 20 GB, Unlimited Talk 75 GB, Unlimited Talk 150 GB, and Unlimited Talk 250 GB, 1, 5, 10 and 20 GB of data are included, respectively, which you can use in 72 countries outside the EU. In these packages, you also get free voice and SMS/MMS locally in all the countries and to DK/EU.
Your included data is automatically activated when you land in one of the 72 countries and is valid for 30 days, after which the data is allocated again.
If you need more data, depending on your mobile package, you can buy 1 GB for 50 kr., 5 GB for 150 kr., 10 GB for 250 kr. and 20 GB for 400 kr.
The data package 10 GB in 72 countries outside the EU
If you don't have one of the mobile packages Unlimited Talk 20 GB, Unlimited Talk 75 GB, Unlimited Talk 150 GB, and Unlimited Talk 250 GB, you can add the data package 10 GB in 72 countries outside the EU to all other mobile packages and mobile broadband. You get a flexible solution without fixed monthly costs, where you only pay if you need to use data in the 72 countries outside the EU.
You don't need to do anything before you arrive at your destination. When you land, you will automatically receive an SMS offering to buy the data package. If you reply to the SMS with a YES, you will be able to roam immediately thereafter.
This means that you are barred from using data when you arrive at your destination, and it can only be activated by responding to the SMS. This way, you are ensured that the bill doesn't skyrocket by using data per MB.
The data package contains 10 GB for 250 kr. and has a duration of 30 days. The add-on package does not include free voice and SMS/MMS.
If you need more data, you can buy the package again, and the 30-day period starts anew.
If you travel from one of the 72 countries to another, you can take your data package with you to your new destination without any problems.
NOTE: If you use the entire data package and do not purchase a new one, any additional data usage will be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis according to the rates for the respective country.

If you travel to a country outside the EU that is neither on the above list nor included in the EU+ zone, it is still possible to use data, but the price will be per MB. On your company's customer login, you can familiarize yourself in advance with the prices for the relevant country.
