      Receive Calls with Softphone

      Receive an incoming call on your softphone in Myfone.

      To receive a call with Myfone's softphone make sure you have activated and set up Myfone's softphone correctly.

      1. When you receive a call, this box will appear. Here you can see who is trying to contact you, as well as the number the person is calling from.
      2. Here you can answer or decline the call.

      Notifications

      In Chrome, Edge and Firefox, you will receive a notification when you get a call. If you press the notification, it opens Myfone, and you can then answer the call. For this to work, Myfone needs to be open in a browser and notifications allowed.
