      During a call with softphone

      During a call you have many excellent call features at your disposal.

      To make use of all the call features during a call with Myfone's softphone, make sure you have activated and set up Myfone's softphone correctly.


      1.       By pressing one of your contacts, you have the option to transfer and add to the conversation.

      2. Here, you can see information about the ongoing call, or end the call.

      3. Press the gear icon to open call features.

      4. Press Mute to silence your microphone. You will still be able to hear what's being said on the other end, but they won't be able to hear you.

      5. Press Hold to provide hold music to the person you are speaking with, while your microphone is muted. Please note that this feature is only available if you're calling from Myfone.
