      Transfer to queue with softphone

      You can transfer an ongoing call to a queue.

      To transfer a call to a queue with Myfone's softphone, make sure you have activated and set up Myfone's softphone correctly.

      1. During a call, you can also transfer to a queue. This is done by navigating to your home screen and pressing one of the queues. After that, you can choose either direct or attended transfer.

      2. You also have the option to cancel the attended transfer.
