Attended transfer with softphone

You can perform an attended transfer during an ongoing call, either within a contact or in the top right corner of Myfone.

1. Press the gear icon to open call features.

2. Select Attended Transfer if you want to speak to your contact before transferring the call.

3. Enter the number or name, and then press the green icon to transfer.

4. If the number is not in your phone book, you can still transfer by pressing the green icon.

5. You will now get the person on the line, and you can ask if you may transfer the call. Then choose between Cancel Transfer or Transfer Call.
